The Organisation shall be incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Umu Ada Imo State) and its office shall be situated in The United Kingdom.

Membership of the Association shall be open to daughters of Imo State by birth or by adoption who accept the aims and objectives of the Association, whose integrity is not in doubt, and who are 18 years of age and above, irrespective of their religion or social belief having regard to our customs and tradition.
